
Fiji Islands Revenue and Customs Authority CEO Tevita Banuve

Acting (interim) Finance Minister Jone Navakamocea said the interim cabinet has issued a directive seeking the resignation of Fiji Islands Revenue and Customs Authority chief executive Tevita Banuve because he has not been cooperating with the interim administration.
Navakamocea said Banuve was not providing the information wanted by the Fiji Islands Commission against Corruption (FICAC).
The tax
headquarters was earlier raided investigators were seeking documents for their ongoing investigations. There are reports they were prevented from getting the documents.
