Edith Delgado

From the testimony of a witness, Edith Delgado is thought to have been racing a black Cadillac when her car went out of control, crossed the centerline of California’s coastal highway and collided with the car carrying Tonga's Prince Tu'ipelehake, 54; Princess Kaimana Tu'ipelehake, 45; and their driver, Vinisia Hefa, 36.   All three were killed.

Delgado has been in jail for a year, unable to raise her 1-million dollar bail.
